Hiring a room at St Paul's

We have a range of rooms available to hire, suitable for meetings, clubs, societies, counselling and other community activities.

Our Rooms

• Our largest space is the Hall, which can accommodate up to 100 people.
• We also have several smaller rooms suitable for meetings, clubs and societies.
• A small room is available for very small meetings or counselling.

Facilities

• All rooms have Wi-Fi internet access, which hirers can use with their own devices.
• All rooms, except Room 3 (Harbour Room), have stacking chairs and folding tables.
• All rooms, except the Hall and Room 3 (Harbour Room), have TVs.
• Room measurements are approximate and are given in metres. Please note that some rooms have fixed furniture and cupboards within the stated floor area.

Kitchen Facilities

A kitchen is available for preparing refreshments. The kitchen itself is not available for separate hire, and its use must be agreed with other users of the building who may be present.

Loaves and Fishes Café

Our café, Loaves and Fishes, is open on weekday mornings during school term time, offering refreshments and light lunches.

Room 1 Hall Capacity 100. 9.77m x 15.86m Length excludes stage. Full-height blinds to all windows Marked out with a badminton court, suitable for exercise and dance classes, parties or meetings for up to 100 people.

Room 5 Canteen Capacity 40 6.65m x 10.41m Facilities: 60" TV, DVD/Blu-Ray player with computer inputs. Serving hatch to kitchen.

Room 6 Capacity 25 5.36m x 6.65m Facilities: 50" TV with computer inputs, DVD player.

Room 7 Capacity 25. (Picture shows Room 6 which is similar) 5.5m x 6.65m Facilities: 50" TV with computer inputs, DVD player.

Room 2 Springboard Room Capacity 20. 3.98m x 7.09m Facilities: 40" TV with integral DVD player and computer inputs.

Room 3 Harbour Room Capacity 4. 2.75m x 4.28m Cosy room suitable for small meetings/counselling.
